The Romans called it sclarea, from claurus, or “clear,” because they used it as an eyewash. The uses of this oil are FAR too numerous to list here - just look it up on a web search and you'll find many uses.
Blends well with: Geranium, Juniper berry, Cedarwood, Lavender, Sandalwood, Bergamot, Frankincense, Lemon, Sweet Orange, Lime, Grapefruit, Tangerine - and whatever you feel like.
